Pam Swinney:

Pam Swinney began her arts and crafts career studying pottery at Queens College and UNCC.  Babies and clay work didn’t mix well so after a 20 year hiatus she began experimenting with various jewelry making techniques.  Currently she is focusing on  enameling, glass and textured metals in pendants and earrings in organic forms. Pam has studied metalsmithing and enameling at Penland and CPCC.  A former social worker and accountant she supplements her jewelry making habit currently with an industrial automation business she owns with her husband.   A Charlotte native, she shares her life and studio with artist Jack Swinney.  They have two grown children.
