Adam Ramsey Miller

After being honorably discharged from the Marines, Adam Ramsey Miller studied art at Delta State University in Cleveland, Ms.  While in school he Supported himself by working at a local Cajun restaurant named "Crawdads".Meanwhile, he spent hundreds of hours in his studio training himself in painting abstraction with the layering techniques he discovered during his experimentation.

In July 2009 he moved to Gold Hill, NC where he has a painting studio in a converted feed shack.  He has painted many commissions since returning to North Carolina, mostly through word of mouth, web site traffic, and from the occasional interior decorator. He enjoys painting both on wood and canvas.

Adam is a very active photographer and often collages photo's into his work. The photos are a montage of places he has been and lived.  He stretches and builds all his own frames, and takes great pride in the quality of his work.
